Job summary

EGO - Little Stanney, part of Mitchells & Butler plc, is seeking a Chef de Partie who loves delivering great food and training great people. You’ll run a kitchen section and help ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or senior commis chef.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior kitchen team members.
• Proven track record delivering high standards in a busy kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to cook to menu specifications and quality standards.

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
