Job summary

EGO - Sutton-In-Ashfield is seeking a Chef de Partie who loves delivering great food and leading a section. You’ll mentor kitchen colleagues, run a section, and ensure prep is complete before service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Strong knowledge of brand standards and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Mentor kitchen team and Chefs to uphold brand standards.
• Run a section within the kitchen.
• Prepare everything needed before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.
• Cook to specification and know the menu inside out.
