Job summary

EGO - Cannock, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, train the team and uphold brand standards. You will prepare ahead of service and ensure cleanliness and safety across the area.

You’ll cook to spec, know the menu inside out, and work flexible shifts. The role offers opportunities to grow with paid qualifications and staff discounts across the group.
