Mitchells & Butlers PLC, via Ego in Sutton-In-Ashfield, is seeking a Chef de Partie who has a passion for great food, staff development and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead a section and ensure the kitchen team works as one, delivering the menu with confidence and consistency.
