Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Ego Worcester is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, train kitchen staff and deliver consistently excellent dishes in a fast-paced pub environment.

You will mentor Chefs, prep before service, maintain brand standards and uphold cleanliness and safety. The role offers flexible shifts, generous staff discounts and opportunities to progress within the group.
