Job summary

Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a Chef De Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team in the UK. You will prepare, cook and present dishes within your section to a high standard while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

• Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Work effectively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service.
• Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Contribute to menu development and specials as required.
