We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team at Doubletree by Hilton Southampton. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and are ready to excite guests with high-quality dishes, this is the job for you!

The role involves preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your section, adhering to hygiene standards and working closely with the wider kitchen team. Full-time, 40 hours per week, with morning/afternoon/evening shifts and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
• Work effectively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service
• Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Contribute to menu development and specials as required

• Previous culinary experience
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
