Job summary

Thistle Heathrow is seeking a Chef de Partie to deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen near Heathrow. You will contribute to a memorable dining experience and uphold our standards across all service periods.

You should have experience in busy restaurant settings, a strong focus on quality, and the ability to collaborate with a dynamic team while following Health & Safety regulations.

Salary: £14.86 per hour + tronc

Located close to Longford, just off the Bath Road, Thistle Heathrow is an Airport hotel which delivers a warm welcome no matter how long or short the stay. It has 264 bedrooms and 14 meeting rooms, the largest one seating up to 700 people - meaning it is also an extremely popular local wedding venue. It is the only hotel that has direct access to Heathrow Terminal 5 by POD in just 5 minutes.

• Focus on quality, ensuring attention to detail in every dish prepared and presented.
• Uphold high standards of food preparation and presentation, consistently delivering meals that delight our guests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and adherence to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen environment.
• Bring previous experience from a busy, high-quality restaurant setting, along with expertise in high-volume banqueting and various cooking styles.
