Job summary

The Inn Collection Group, renowned for The Harrogate Inn on Parliament Hill, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will take full responsibility for your section, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount while delivering high-quality dishes for our guests.

You’ll oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation, working closely with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management to maintain standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You’ll oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy.
• Strong communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills are key as you collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management teams.
• You’ll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
