What we look for in a Chef de Partie:

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef ready for their next step, passionate about producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. As a Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Champion excellent service through quality food.
  • Deliver fantastic food consistently.
  • Be an active, hands-on Chef de Partie or Kitchen Supervisor.
  • Willing to learn new skills and be a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and specials.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to maintain controls regarding GP and labor.
  • Proactively drive sales and growth by engaging with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
