Job summary

Artemis is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Pear Tree venue in Purton. The successful candidate will be self‑motivated, calm under pressure and have a passion for producing high‑quality dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

You will work as part of a busy kitchen team, follow our HACCP and allergens policy, and report to the Head Chef. Own transport is essential and you must be eligible to work full‑time in the UK. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• A passion for cooking.
• Good references to support your CV.
• Good communication skills, with an understanding of HACCP.
• Own transport is essential due to the location.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of the team to ensure high standards of food preparation and service. Maintaining a clean environment.
• To follow our allergens policy and kitchen management package. (Full training given).
• Day to day reporting to the Head chef/Sous chef. Responding to emails.
• Using Checkit (full training given).

Artemis are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at our Pear tree venue in Purton.

The successful candidate will need to be self-motivation, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A genuine passion for producing high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients is essential.
