Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a talented Chef De Partie in Perth to join our boarding school kitchen team. This temporary sick leave cover for approximately 3–6 months offers an opportunity for a permanent role. You will work five days out of seven, cooking from scratch with seasonal ingredients and following our brand standards.

A co-educational independent boarding school in Perth and Kinross, Scotland, for children aged between 12 and 18 years. Catering for just under 400 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, Lunch and Supper with some high end hospitality and summer lets as well. As this is a boarding school, it operates 7 days a week so working patterns would be 5 out of 7 days. There is free parking available at the school.

You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.
