Job summary

Harbour Hotels Group is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team and deliver exceptional menus within the restaurant. You will confidently run your own kitchen section, ensuring the high standards we uphold across our properties. At least 6 months of Chef de Partie experience is preferred.

This role offers an excellent environment with progression opportunities and on-the-job training within Harbour Hotels Group, including staff stays and restaurant discounts across our properties.

The role

We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in delivering exceptional menus within the restaurant. As Chef de Partie you will be capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen working to the high standards in place. At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred.
