Here’s what the role is all about:
As our Chef de Partie at The Store, you will be responsible for demonstrating your culinary expertise by preparing and presenting a range of dishes to the highest standards. The role contains everything you would expect, including contributing to creative ideas to enhance our menu offerings and inspiring the junior kitchen team. Your attitude and experience will help foster a positive and cohesive team environment at the hotel.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a Chef dePartiein a luxury lifestyle hotel or high-endfresh food leadrestaurant.
Good communication and interpersonal skills essential.
Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations essential.
