Job Introduction

We are actively seeking a Chef de Partie to work as part of our kitchen brigade in our Banqueting kitchen at Pennyhill Park. Your main focus will be to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in preparing and serving food for our large conference & banqueting operation, which includes over 20 meeting & function spaces, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.

Role Responsibilities

The Banqueting Chef de Partie will be responsible for…

  • Assisting the brigade in the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the kitchen.
  • Helping develop creative menus and ensuring the quality of food meets the high standards expected in a luxury restaurant.
  • Providing feedback from colleagues and guests to the Sous Chef.
  • Supporting other sections and mentoring the Commis Chef and Demi CDP.
  • Supporting daily ordering, considering stock usage, menu planning, and business levels.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, stock control, and work prioritization in the kitchen.
