Contract: Permanent, term time

Working hours: Monday to Friday, overtime available, occasional weekend shifts available

Job Description

  • Food Preparation & Quality Control – Prepare and cook dishes according to set recipes and standards, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste while adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Station Management – Oversee your designated area, maintain cleanliness, and manage supplies in line with policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration – Communicate effectively with all team members, assist colleagues when necessary, and collaborate with the head chef on menu development.
  • Kitchen Maintenance – Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper functioning of equipment in your area.


Qualifications

  • Proven kitchen experience with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Understanding of food safety practices with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork
