Job summary

voco Oxford Thames, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, is recruiting a Chef de Partie on a full-time contract in Oxford. You will join a busy kitchen brigade and help deliver high-quality British classics and pub favourites to guests in a relaxed, guest-focused environment.

• Previous experience in a similar role at a 4/5* Hotel or Restaurant.
• Experience working in all sections of the kitchen.
• Willing to learn new things and work with a wide hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to the required standard in designated kitchen sections.
• Support senior chefs and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality guest meals.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience through attentive service and teamwork.

You will earn £17,51 per hour, which is equal to £36,420.80 salary plus service charge.

To succeed as a Chef de Partie, you will need:

• Previous experience working in a similar role at a 4/5* Hotel or Restaurant

• Experience with working in all sections of the kitchen

• To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
