Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Chef de Partie for The Seaton Lane Inn. You will be at the heart of our kitchen, delivering quality dishes with attention to detail and consistent presentation.

You will oversee food safety, storage and compliance, work closely with the team to maintain high standards, and contribute to a fast-paced service with strong communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen.
• Passion for delivering quality food and working as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety, storage and compliance with legislation and company policy.
• Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring consistency and portion control.

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.

You will oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards. Strong communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills are key as you collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management teams. You’ll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
