Job summary

The Harrogate Inn in Harrogate is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will own your section, ensuring meticulous presentation and attention to detail from start to finish.

Experience in a similar role and a passion for quality food are essential to thrive in our fast-paced environment. You will supervise food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, collaborating with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar.
• Ability to oversee your section and ensure high standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork with kitchen and front-of-house.

Responsibilities

• Lead your section and ensure presentation and consistency.
• Oversee food safety, storage and compliance with policy.
• Collaborate with kitchen, FOH and management to maintain standards.
• Prepare and deliver timely dishes in a fast-paced environment.
