Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie located at The Esplanade Hotel in Newquay. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly, and maintaining strict health and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing specific sections of the kitchen, collaborating with the team to develop new menu items, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, and assisting with inventory and stock control.

Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills, including preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Experience in managing kitchen sections and coordinating with kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to maintain high standards
