Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-quality, fresh food kitchens and a desire to contribute to a team that values excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and execution.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
