What hours will you be working?

Up to 40-48 hours across 5 days a week

What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie?

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment.

As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains, and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. Previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment, is required. You may also be a commis looking to progress.

Your Pub

Parkgate is a seaside village with no sea, as the estuary has withdrawn over the last century, leaving marshland. The Boathouse overlooks the Dee Estuary and offers fantastic fresh food dining, especially fish and shellfish.
