What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie?

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment.

As a key member of the brigade, you will have attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains, and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. Previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment, is required. The Stamford Bridge is located two miles from the Roman city of Chester, with its numerous tourist attractions and only ten minutes from Chester Zoo. Enjoy the wonderful views over the Cheshire Plains in our warm & welcoming atmosphere, whether relaxing in the evenings or winter nights by the log fires. Our extensive food menu features a variety of dishes to suit all tastes, including delicious burgers, classic mains, and succulent grills. We also serve a selection of high-quality cask beers offering a wide range of styles and flavors.
