Job summary

Sapientia Education Trust is seeking a Chef de Partie at Wymondham College to join a kitchen team delivering main meals for the campus. You will report to the Catering Manager, Executive Chef and Sous Chef, working as part of a committed team on-site across the 83-acre campus.

The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week) with pro‑rata salary from £21,280 per year, plus holiday pay and shift allowance.

Summary

The Chef de Partie will be responsible to the Catering Manager, Executive Chef and Sous Chef for providing kitchen support to the College Catering Department. The post-holder will work as part of an enthusiastic and committed team producing the main meals for the campus.
