The Woburn Hotel, part of Upham Inns, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy, professional kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef, manage your section, and contribute to delivering high-quality dishes that enhance The Woburn's reputation as a destination for great food.

Live-in accommodation is available to support relocation or growth within the team. Ideal candidates show passion for fresh, quality food, readiness to train, and the ability to lead by example in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Be happy running a section and maintaining high standards at all times.
• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef in smooth kitchen operation.
• Lead by example and mentor junior chefs.
• Complete all training in a timely manner.
• Follow food safety laws and maintain compliance with H&S and licensing.

• Ensuring that you can follow the Food safety laws and requirements.
• Have a positive and approachable manner alongside strong team player qualities.

You'll work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team, taking responsibility for your section, delivering consistently excellent dishes and playing an important part in building The Woburn's reputation as a destination for great food. • Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar level position, as well as an aptitude for leadership
