Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie apprentice to join The Combermere Arms and grow through Level 1, 2, and 3 apprenticeships. You’ll work across the kitchen, support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, and develop skills in fresh food cookery within a busy pub environment.

Apprenticeships are supported with progression pathways; the company offers tenure and the chance to move within a family of 79 pubs, plus benefits and pension planning.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeships Level 1, 2 and 3 offered to help you grow in your role.
• Experience in catering/hospitality is a plus, with progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
• Contribute to fresh cookery and high standards across dishes.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
