This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Main Kitchen team.

The Chef de Partie plays a key role in leading and overseeing the preparation of high-quality food items for guest orders, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish. This position requires a true passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional standards within the kitchen. The Chef de Partie will be an integral member of the team and will report directly to the .

What you will do:

Consistently deliver outstanding culinary experiences that exceed guest expectations

Adhere to established production, portioning, and presentation standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

Support efforts to minimize food waste through effective planning and execution

Mentor, coach, and support the growth and development of junior team members

What you bring:

Proven culinary and supervisory experience, ideally within a luxury hotel environment

A creative flair with the ability to bring energy and a personal touch to all food and beverage offerings

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire others
