Salary: £36,324 plus service charge, based on a 39-hour week

This role is for the Main kitchen.

What will I be doing as a Banqueting Chef de Partie?

• Work in the banqueting kitchen
• Be part of the kitchen brigade, ensuring a well-organised and motivated team
• Ensure consistency in the quality of dishes at all times
• Prepare and present high-quality food

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Demi Chef de Partie
• Creative approach to food
• Positive attitude
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, days, afternoons, and evenings
