We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who’s more than just technically skilled - we want someone who’s passionate, ambitious, creative, and hungry to be part of something ground-breaking.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Run your own section during service, delivering dishes that are flavour-packed, beautiful, and bang on time.
  • Work closely with your Senior Sous Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless execution across all types of events.
  • Support with event set-ups, including prep, pack-downs, and on-site service across our stunning Broadwick Venues.
  • Bring a creative eye to the way food is plated and presented—always elevating without overcomplicating.
  • Maintain strict food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen standards at all times.
  • Help to mentor and support Commis Chefs, sharing skills and knowledge generously.
  • Contribute ideas during menu development and tastings—we want every voice in the kitchen to help shape our future.

You’ll need to have:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef looking for the next step—ideally from high-end events, luxury catering, or premium restaurant backgrounds.
  • Solid technical skills across prep, cooking, plating, and food safety.
  • An understanding of seasonality, bold flavours, and beautiful presentation.
  • A positive attitude, a flexible approach, and the drive to keep getting better, every day.
  • Calmness under pressure and a commitment to delivering excellence no matter the size or complexity of the event.
  • A passion for being part of a team that’s reimagining what event food can be.
