Requirements:

• 
  Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end, fast-paced
  London kitchen.
• Experience of grilling frying
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy
  services.
• 
  Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
• 
  Genuine passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow.
• 
  Eligibility to work in the UK and possession of a Share Code.

• Earnings at £14-15.50 per hour, including tronc.
