THE EXCITING OPPORTUNITY
We opened the first 5* Hotel in Liverpool, The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery, in May 2023, revitalizing this historic building. Our Heartists aim to create memorable moments, sharing stories from the past while creating their own magical tales. The hotel features 179 bedrooms, various restaurants, bars, and a spa sanctuary, offering guests a unique and memorable experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHEF DE PARTIE
Creating dishes from a full a la carte menu across our restaurants, working with seasonal and local ingredients to inspire guests with signature dishes. You will enable our team to deliver outstanding service and guest connections through exquisite food, contributing to memorable journeys at The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery.

What We Need From You
We prioritize personality and potential, but here are some requirements:

• Experience as a Chef De Partie in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Passion for food, ingredients, and cuisine.
• Creativity, presentation skills, and strong cooking knowledge.
• Ability to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
• Excellent food hygiene standards.
• Primarily working morning shifts for breakfast, afternoon tea, and staff meals.

Additional duties include maintaining service standards, understanding menu and allergen information, and collaborating positively with all departments.
