Job summary

Holroyd Howe is seeking a committed Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Kent College. You will support the Head Chef in daily operations, help maintain high standards and contribute to the delivery of daily meals and special events.

We value experience in contract catering, ideally within independent education or high-profile environments. You will be passionate about fresh seasonal food, have excellent teamwork and communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to work.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in contract catering preferred.
• Experience in independent education or high-profile settings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of food safety.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Kent College. You'll support food preparation, help maintain high standards, and play a vital role in the delivery of daily meals and special events.,

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Deliver high standards of food and service
• Ensure food safety and allergen controls are consistently met
• Contribute to innovative menu planning
• Manage mise en place and ensure smooth, timely service
• Support events and functions alongside school life
• Accountability for following and championing allergen controls, Our respectful codes of conduct inform how we behave towards our clients and customers, suppliers and business partners, and each other.
  Ideally, you will have experience as a Chef de Partie within a contract catering environment, preferable in independent education, or a high-profile business and industry setting.
• Passionate about fresh, seasonal food and creative presentation

• A flexible and proactive approach to work
