Job summary

EGO - Shadwell is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about great food, staff development and guest satisfaction. You will run a kitchen section, mentor team members and ensure service runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
