Job summary

EGO - Chelmsford is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section, mentor chefs and support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dishes. You will help train staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure smooth service from prep to plate.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of brand standards and safety/hygiene.
• Ability to mentor junior chefs and train kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Run a kitchen section and lead the team during service.
• Prepare all ingredients and ensure readiness before service.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, safety and allergen management.
