Job summary

EGO - Kenilworth is inviting applications for a Part Time Chef De Partie. You will be responsible for running a kitchen section, mentoring cooks, and ensuring the highest standards of preparation and service in a busy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef de partie or equivalent in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor junior chefs and work as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of menus and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Run a kitchen section and supervise the team.
• Prepare all mise en place before service and maintain service readiness.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Cook to spec and ensure menu accuracy.
