The role

As a Chef de Partie at Six by Nico, you will:

• Take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food safety.
• Be responsible for running a section during service; sections will alternate for your development.
• Have good knowledge of food, modern preparation techniques, and food safety.
• Be committed to delivering first-class service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and multitask effectively.
• Organize well and work under pressure.
