Up to £ per hour OTE (inclusive of Tronc)
£2000 sign up bonus (£1000 paid at beginning of employment & £1000 on completion of probationary period)

In January 2024, we acquired the 17th century Barnsley House hotel, nestled in the quintessential Cotswold village of Barnsley, just four miles from Cirencester. THE PIG in the Cotswolds offers guests a classic English country garden experience that evolves with the seasons, including a kitchen garden supplying the ingredients for our 25-mile menu. The Village Pub will bring together hotel guests and locals, serving nostalgic classics that evoke comfort and home-cooked familiarity.
We are recruiting Chef de Parties to join our hotel or pub brigade.
The Role:
As Chef de Partie, you will work across all kitchen sections, adhering to timescales and ensuring the quality of food preparation and delivery.
