Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, 24/7 casino kitchen in the United Kingdom. You’ll prep, cook, and plate dishes to high standards, maintaining energy and teamwork while supporting a safe kitchen environment.

The role offers opportunities for apprenticeship-style development and progression within Grosvenor Casinos and The Rank Group. Evening and weekend shifts are required in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or other relevant kitchen qualification.

Skills & Experience Needed

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
