Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to orchestrate the seamless delivery of F&B services across our venues. You will lead a team to deliver high standards of service, efficiency and guest satisfaction from start to finish.

With experience in food and beverage operations and a passion for team development, you will drive performance, maintain professionalism, and adapt to a 24/7 casino environment while ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Strong and inclusive leadership skills with proven ability to build a high-performing team.
• Experience of working in a Food & Beverage operation.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or relevant kitchen qualification is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate seamless delivery of food and beverage services to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Inspire and manage a team to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure a flawless customer experience across a 24/7 casino environment.

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, your role is pivotal in orchestrating the seamless delivery of food and beverage services that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

Your leadership will inspire a team to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency, ensuring every customer enjoys an engaging experience that is flawless from start to finish.

You’ll inspire and motivate your team to provide a first-class service that leaves customers wanting to return time & time again and driving our mission to being the most loved Casinos in the UK.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Strong and inclusive leadership skills where you have demonstrable experience of building a high performing team.
• Experience of working in a Food & Beverage operation.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or a relevant kitchen qualification would be an advantage – but is not essential.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
