Only Chefs Ltd is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie for Open Arms Hotel, Dirleton (East Lothian). This hands-on role requires pride in good food, strong organisation, and teamwork. The position offers consistent hours and a structured rota with a max 40 hours per week.

Salary is £33,000 per year, with competitive pay dependent on experience. You will run your own section, work with Sous and Head Chefs, and help maintain high standards of food safety and presentation in a friendly kitchen.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready to step up.
