Job summary

Warner Hotels Group is seeking a Chef de Partie for Thoresby Hall to lead your section with skill, confidence and creativity. You will work with the Executive/Head Chef to uphold the high standards across all menus, ensuring every dish meets our quality expectations.

You’ll bring passion for food, pride in your work, and the ability to thrive in a branded, fast-paced kitchen environment, including grill and larder roles. Live-in options may be available.

Join our team at Thoresby Hall, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 221-bedroom hotel features original architecture, a Great Hall with deep armchairs, and overlooks acres of classic parkland.

Salary: £13.91 per hour | Potential Live-in available

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our team at Warner Hotels. As part of our supportive Kitchen team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will be responsible for managing your designated section, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, and maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards. You will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring every meal is prepared to the highest standard and contributes to an outstanding guest experience.
