Location: Hatfield, AL10 9EU
Hours: 30 hours per week, working 5 days over 7
Contract: Part Time

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in Hatfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who enjoys preparing high-quality food, working within a professional kitchen environment, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for customers.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking high-quality food in line with menu specifications
• Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with daily operations
• Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to a high standard
• Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and stock rotation
• Minimising food waste and supporting cost-effective kitchen operations
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
• Contributing ideas for menu development and service improvements

Qualifications

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or similar role
• A passion for food and high-quality service
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and health and safety legislation
• A positive attitude and strong team-working skills
