Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking a Chef de Partie to craft fresh dishes from seasonal, local ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen, working alongside a talented team and contributing to a lively pub and hotel operation.

Qualifications

• Experience working in busy kitchen environments.
• Knowledge of seasonal ingredients and recipes.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to specification in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Assist senior chefs with menu execution and plating.
• Sanitize surfaces and maintain kitchen hygiene and stock levels.
• Support colleagues and maintain a positive team environment.
