The Rose in New Cross Gate, London, is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and plate dishes using fresh ingredients, assist the Head Chef with daily specials, and help maintain our high standards in a fast-paced pub environment.

Formación

• Experience as Chef de Partie or CDP in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent communication and teamwork under pressure.

The Rose is looking for a new CDP! It's a great opportunity to join our Kitchen team - creating and serving the best pub food in New Cross Gate! We use all fresh ingredients to produce a classic pub menu, amazing sunday roasts and proper neopolitan pizzas. If you are feeling creative - help the Head Chef come up with the next menu items!

The Rose is the perfect spot for great drinks, delicious seasonal food and absolutely the finest pizza in South East London. A visit to our awesome beer garden is a New Cross right of passage and inside our beautiful pub is the perfect place to meet up with friends and family for drinks, a bite, or both. We also boast 2 private hire rooms perfect for your next party. Our chefs work with some great producers and suppliers to create our ever-changing, seasonal food menu and we pride ourselves on our mouth-watering Sunday roasts and awesome stone fired pizzas. So whether you are stopping by for a few pints of our great draught beers, a fantastic meal with a glass of one of our lovely wines or an evening enjoying the best cocktails in New Cross, we guarantee a warm welcome and an abundance of good vibes, 7 days a week.
