The Duchess of Kensington, part of Urban Pubs & Bars, is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join a fast-paced, all-day kitchen in Kensington. You will work with fresh ingredients and contribute to elevated pub classics under a dynamic team environment in London.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to communicate clearly with the team and front-of-house.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and a passion for cooking at a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to the menu specification and timings.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
• Support senior chefs and contribute to menu development and plating.
