Job summary

Holiday Inn Express and Crowne Plaza Terminal 4, connected to London Heathrow T4, seeks a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen. You will run a section, craft dishes to a high standard, and ensure presentation and quality while contributing to a dynamic team.

The role offers growth within the Arora Group, with opportunities across properties and brands, and a supportive working environment. 45 hours per week with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel kitchen environments preferred.
• Ability to cook high-standard dishes.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Willingness to be flexible across kitchen sections.

• Running a busy section in the kitchen.
• Ability to cook delicious dishes to a very high standard.
• Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained.
• Help impart your knowledge to junior chefs.

Salary

Salary – £32,760 plus Tronc - 45 hours per weekHoliday – 28 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.
