Giraffe Concepts is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Victoria kitchen, just minutes from the station. You’ll help drive consistency across menu items, using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and work with a dedicated team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

You should bring experience in a fast-paced kitchen, a passion for cooking, strong English, and a commitment to food hygiene. BRG offers flexible working, employee discounts, and development opportunities across our brands.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced professional kitchen environments preferred.
• Good command of English and eligibility to work in the UK.

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team, someone who is excited to bring their culinary skills to the table and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring that each dish is crafted to perfection with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team, where every day brings new opportunities to showcase your creativity and push culinary boundaries.

What We Look for in a Giraffe Chef De Partie:

• A passion for all things food and a love of cooking
• The highest standards and a good eye for detail
• You will ensure all our dishes are cooked and prepared to Giraffe standards, whilst being delivered at the speed
• You will thrive working under pressure and enjoy being part of a busy team
• Great planning and organisation skills
• You will, of course, have a good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety
• You will have a good command of English and be eligible to work in the UK, fully flexible
• Experience of working in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment as a line chef, grill chef, or chef de partie is a plus!
