Job summary

Giraffe Concepts in Bath is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant, family-friendly kitchen. You will be at the heart of our busy brigade, turning fresh, high-quality ingredients into plates that delight guests.

You’ll work alongside a dedicated team, maintain high standards, manage station operations under pressure, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences while following food hygiene and safety practices.

Qualifications

• A passion for all things food and a love of cooking.
• The highest standards and a good eye for detail.
• You will ensure all our dishes are cooked and prepared to Giraffe standards, whilst being delivered at the speed
• You will thrive working under pressure and enjoy being part of a busy team
• Great planning and organisation skills
• You will of course have a good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety
• You will have a good command of English and be eligible to work in the UK
• Experience of working in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment as a line chef, grill chef, or chef de partie is a plus!

Responsibilities
