About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across the hotel's various dining venues, including a fine dining restaurant, a relaxed bistro, and traditional afternoon teas. Under the guidance of the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for:
Managing your designated section with precision and creativity.
Preparing and presenting dishes that reflect the hotel's commitment to quality and seasonality.
Collaborating with the kitchen brigade to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Contributing to menu development and innovation.
