We are seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our team. Our CDPs are a vital part of our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef, kitchen, and Front of House teams to deliver excellent hospitality and memorable experiences to our guests and colleagues.
Our CDPs are passionate about their craft and committed to delivering high-quality, innovative dishes. They are responsible for all aspects of their section, ensuring the food served across the restaurant, functions, and other outlets meets high standards while maintaining profitability.
Within the team, our CDPs consistently uphold standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and food service. They are engaged and motivated team members, capable of working across different sections, preparing function or private party meals, setting up their station at the start of the day, and cleaning down at the end.
We offer a competitive salary – our hourly wages are above the Government rates at a minimum. Your earnings will be further boosted by our 10% service charge and tips, which are fully retained by the team.
